These Terms of Service govern your use of getinstantcfo.com and related pages operated by Instant CFO LLC, doing business as instantCFO (“instantCFO,” “we,” “us”), including our Fit Check and scheduling pages. By using the site, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 to use the site.

No client relationship until agreed in writing

Visiting this site, completing the Fit Check, or attending a discovery call does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when both parties sign a written engagement agreement, which will govern the services, including fees and refunds. We may decline any engagement.

Independence

instantCFO is an independent business. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or offered through any insurance company.

No guarantee of results

Examples, illustrations, and descriptions of outcomes on this site are not promises or guarantees. Results depend on many factors, including decisions you make.

Text messaging terms

If you opt in, instantCFO will send text messages about your inquiry and appointments, plus occasional updates and resources, which may include marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel; you may receive one message confirming that you’ve opted out. To opt back in, check the SMS consent box again on our Fit Check. Electronic communications

When you use the site or email us, you agree to receive communications from us electronically. Agreements, notices, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any requirement that they be in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, instantCFO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the lesser of the amount you paid us, if any, or $100. Services provided under an engagement agreement are governed by that agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to cover any losses, claims, and reasonable legal fees we incur because of your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.

Disputes

If you have a dispute with us about the site or these terms, you agree to first contact us in writing and try to resolve it informally for at least 30 days. If we can’t resolve it, the dispute will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
